Amends the: Social Security (Administration) Act 1999, Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 and Social Security Act 1991 to establish a new model of income management to be used in selected Australian locations; Northern Territory National Emergency Response Act 2007 to: tailor alcohol restrictions based on community circumstances; and clarify the
