Pursuant to the Senate Order for Entity contracts of 20 June 2001 (amended 14 May 2015), I advise that all applicable entities within the Communications and the Arts portfolio have reported a list of contracts to the value of $100,000 or more ( GST incl), which have not been fully performed or which have been entered into in the 12 months prior to 30 June 2018, on their websites. The locations of the lists are enclosed.
Procurement contracts conducted by Non-Corporate Commonwealth entities' (NCCEs) are not included in this contract listing. All NCCE procurement contracts are reported on AusTender at www.tenders.gov.au. The report is titled 'Senate Order on Confidentiality in Procurement Contracts by Entity'.
Please note the following agencies have not fully complied with paragraph 2 of the Senate Order:
⢠The Australia Council excluded 29 contracts as disclosure would be contrary to the Privacy Act 1988; ⢠The Australian Broadcasting Corporation excluded 406 contracts as disclosure would be contrary to the public interest and I or the Privacy Act I 988; ⢠The Australian National Maritime Museum excluded 6 contracts for reasons of
commercial confidentiality; ⢠The National Gallery of Australia excluded 2 contracts for reasons of commercial confidentiality; ⢠The National Library of Australia excluded 11 contracts for reasons of
commercial confidentiality; ⢠The National Museum of Australia excluded 5 contracts as disclosure would be contrary to the Privacy Act l 988; and ⢠The Special Broadcasting Service excluded 723 contracts as disclosure would
be contrary to the public interest and I or the Privacy Act 1988.
