(1)     Clause 2, page 2 (cell at table item 1, column 2), omit the cell, substitute:

 

 

At the same time as Schedule 1 to the Customs Amendment (Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans‑Pacific Partnership Implementation) Act 2018 commences.

However, the provisions do not commence at all if that Schedule does not commence.
