(Amendments to be moved by the Leader of the Family First Party, Senator Fielding, in committee of the whole)
(1) Schedule 1, item 3, page 4 (line 23), before âTheâ, insert â (1)â.
[no cap in relation to assisted reproductive services]
(2) Schedule 1, item 3, page 4 (after line 31), at the end of section 10B, add:
(2) The Minister may not make a determination under paragraph (1)(a) or (b) affecting an item that relates to assisted reproductive services (such as in vitro fertilisation, gamete intra-fallopian transfer or similar procedures).
