A Bill for an Act to amend the Student Loans (Overseas Debtors Repayment Levy) Act 2015, and for related purposes
The Parliament of Australia enacts:
This Act is the Student Loans (Overseas Debtors Repayment Levy) Amendment Act 2018.
(1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1. The whole of this Act |
At the same time as items 1 to 35 of Schedule 1 to the Education and Other Legislation Amendment (VET Student Loan Debt Separation) Act 2018 commence. However, the provisions do not commence at all if those items do not commence. |
