Summary

Amends the A New Tax System (Family Assistance) Act 1999, Social Security (Administration) Act 1999, Student Assistance Act 1973 and Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986 to make receipt of income support payments conditional on parents ensuring their children of compulsory school age are enrolled in school and attending regularly.
