Senator WHEELDON (Western AustraliaMinister for Repatriation and Compensation) - The amendment is not acceptable to the Government. We do not have any intention of intervening in parks which have been established by States. We believe that the manner in which the amendment is worded will place an undue restriction on the normal functioning of the national Government. Therefore we oppose the amendment.
