The CHAIRMAN (Senator Webster (VICTORIA) -The question is that clause 7 be agreed to.

Senator Sir Kenneth Anderson - Was I right or not?

Senator Wriedt - You will have to wait.

Senator Sir MAGNUSCORMACK (Victoria) (3. 16)- I move:

That further consideration of clause 7 be postponed until the Minister for Agriculture (Senator Wriedt) can reply to Senator Sir Kenneth Anderson.

Senator Wriedt - All right, do that.

Senator Sir MAGNUS CORMACK -I have moved accordingly.

Senator Sir KENNETHANDERSON (New South Wales) (3.16)- With great respect, I do not think we should go to the point of postponing this clause. I say that in fairness to the Minister for Agriculture (Senator Wriedt) and in fairness to the Bill. I do not wish to be difficult in relation to the point made by Senator Sir Magnus Cormack. If the Minister says that he will let me know about this matter in due course I will be happy to leave it at that.
