Senator GREENWOOD -Has the AttorneyGeneral read the newspaper account or otherwise been informed of the resolution passed yesterday by mass meetings of members of the Australian Builders Labourers Federation stating: 'If the High Court decision goes against us we will carry out a campaign of guerilla action to compel the employers to negotiate with the Federation'? Does the Attorney-General propose to take any action or give any warning calculated to uphold the rule of law against such intimidatory lawlessness?

Senator MURPHY - No, I have not read any account of that at all and I have no information on it. I will look into the matter.
