Senator MURPHY (New South WalesAttorneyGeneral) - Just to show how the Government is approaching this matter, I indicate that we are prepared to accept the amendment. I think that the amendment is unnecessary and that what is in the Bill is right and proper. There is a good precedent for what is contained in the clause because the previous legislation which was introduced by Senator Greenwood had exactly that provision in it. But I cannot see that any great harm is being done and we will be saved a lot of trouble if I simply agree to this amendment, as I will agree to some others. I will not oppose the amendment.
