That the Bill be now read a second time.

Senator Willesee - If it is convenient to Senator Cotton and to the Opposition generally, I think it would be preferable if this Bill and the Export Incentive Grants Bill 1973 were the subject of a cognate debate.

The ACTING DEPUTY PRESIDENT (Senator Poke)- Is it the wish of the Senate that that course be followed? There being no objection it is so ordered.
