Senator WITHERS (Western AustraliaLeader of the Opposition) - Mr President,pursuant to contingent notice of motion I move:

That so much of the Standing Orders be suspended as would prevent Senator Withers moving a motion relating to general business.

My subsequent motion would be that Senator Wright be permitted to bring on his Bill at 4.30 p.m.

Senator Douglas McClelland (NEW SOUTH WALES) - What is his Bill?

Senator WITHERS -The Parliament Bill 1973 which deals with the new and permanent parliament house.
