Senator GREENWOOD (Victoria) -I have to say that Senator James McClelland well knows that there were many areas in which there were matters to be prescribed by regulation. It was one of the problems of the previous Government that one could never get the regulations done in the expeditious manner that one would like them to be done. I have risen only to challenge the accusation that the previous Government did not bother and was not interested. I assure Senator James McClelland that the opposite was the case. I understand that the present Government has improved the regulationmaking facilities. So those difficulties will not arise when the present Opposition comes back into government.
