Senator MULVIHILL - I direct a further question to the Attorney-General. I ask: In view of his argument on the onus of proof, how should one interpret the tex- mination of Mr Rover's passport? Is it not reasonable to assume that it is the tip of the iceberg as far as Croatian lawlessness is concerned?

Senator GREENWOOD - Mr President,I feel that that is obviously a question asking for an opinion. On that basis I decline to answer it.
