Senator MURPHY (New South WalesLeader of the Opposition) - Notice of motion No. 4, to which Senator Cavanagh has drawn attention, stands in my name. There may be a good deal of force in what has been said by Senator Cavanagh. Never theless it is probably fair that honourable senators be given an opportunity to study the judgment of the Australian Capital Territory Supreme Court. The Senate may wish to give consideration to that judgment. I think it is right and proper to accept the motion moved by the Acting Leader of the Government in the Senate (Senator DrakeBrockman) that notices of motion Nos 1 to 4 be stood over to the next day of sitting.

Question resolved in the affirmative.
