The PRESIDENT - Is leave granted? There being no objection, leave is granted.

Senator DRAKE-BROCKMAN - I move:

That the Senate express its horror and shock at the violence which was perpetrated upon competitors and officials at Munich and which threatened to destroy the spirit of the 1972 Olympic Games. The Senate extends its deepest sympathies lo the families and relatives of the deceased, and calls upon all countries which participated in the Games to preserve this unique institution from attacks upon its competitors and ideals.
