Senator COTTON (New South WalesrMinister for Civil Aviation) - The speech just made was a thoughtful contribution. I will not develop any arguments except to say that I took it as such. The points raised also will be part of the general study to be made of what has taken place in this chamber. I suggest that we would be well advised to dispose of the matter.
