Senator MILLINER (QUEENSLAND) - I ask the Minister representing the Minister for Labour and National Service: Is it a fact that worker and employer representatives attending this year's meeting of the International Labour

Organisation to be held in Geneva are to receive an allowance of $20 a day whilst attending the conference? Will the Minister investigate this matter with a view to providing a daily allowance considerably in excess of $20 a day so that delegates will be able to live in a manner which we would expect of representatives of the Australian Government?

Senator WRIGHT - I have listened to the honourable senator's question with interest and I shall have pleasure in referring it to the Minister for early consideration.
