Senator COTTON (New South WalesMinister for Civil Aviation) - I have noted the remarks of Senator Keeffe about the statement I presented in the Senate on behalf of the Minister for the Interior (Mr Hunt). I must tell him that my knowledge of the matter is no greater than his own. I have no particular knowledge of the subject other than that which the statement contains. I am not able to read any inferences into it. Senator Keeffe has made observations about it and the problem that he sees developing. What I can best do to help him in his views is to pass on to the responsible Minister what he has had to say tonight. I shall do that.

Question resolved in the affirmative.

Senate adjourned at 11.2 p.m.
