The PRESIDENT - Order! I would like to point out to honourable senators that the presiding officer cannot inhibit honourable senators from asking questions but there is a good deal of business to be brought before the Senate at any given stage. As a matter of statistical interest although the Senate has only half the number of members that the House of Representatives has senators ask as many questions as are asked by members of the other House.
