Senator McDOUGALL (NEW SOUTH WALES) - I desire to ask the Minister of Defence, without notice, whether arrangements have been made by the Commonwealth Government for taking over from the Imperial authorities the naval depot at Garden Island; and, if so, whether consideration is to be given to the members of the staff employed by the Imperial authorities, other than naval men?
