The PRESIDENT - I have received from Senator Chataway an intimation that he desires to move the adjournment of the Senate to discuss a definite matter of urgent public importance, namely, "the circulation of treasonable literature in regard to compulsory training."

Four honorable senators having risen in theirplaces.
