Mr GRASSBY (Riverina) (Minister for Immigration) - in reply - I accept that perhaps there is some confusion in the minds of members of the Opposition. Let me try to clear it very quickly. There may be 4 industries involved in a particular operation. One industry of the four may do something which is inimical to the other three. All this clause does is to give the Minister for Primary Industry (Senator Wriedt)- of course the Minister is an instrument of the national Parliament and the Government - the power to bring in desirable co-ordination. I think that is most desirable. We reject the amendment and commend the clause to the Committee.
