Mr SPEAKER -Does the honourable gentleman claim to have been misrepresented?

Mr MALCOLM FRASER - Yes, there was a point of order raised during the previous speech. The honourable member for Casey (Mr Mathews) indicated that there was some doubt about the Opposition's attitude to this Bill. I just want to make it quite plain, as I sought to do in my second reading speech, that we are supporting the expenditure of every cent in this legislation. We are supporting it and we want the legislation to have a speedy passage. I hope that no honourable members on the Government side will try to suggest that that is not our wish.
