The CHAIRMAN - Order! The Chairman must call honourable members as they rise. The only way in which the Chair can terminate a debate is if no one rises or if the question is put.

Mr MORRIS - Mr Chairman, there has not been a member of the Australian Country Party present in the chamber during the whole of the debate. There have been only 2 members of the Liberal Party present.

The CHAIRMAN - Order! It being 4.50 p.m.-

Mr Ian Robinson (COWPER, NEW SOUTH WALES) - Mr Chairman, I rise to a point of order.

The CHAIRMAN - Order! No points of order may be taken at this stage. I am in the process of putting the question. The honourable gentleman will resume his seat. The time allotted for the Committee stage of the debate has expired.
