Secondary Education (Question No. 338)


(a)   Students may take the matriculation examination in form V or Form VI. The final year enrolment figures shown relate to Form VI only as most students take the matriculation examination in that year. (b) Percentages reaching final year are over-stated due to significant interstate migration during the periods in question.

Homosexual Behaviour (Question No. 586)

Br Klugman asked the Minister representing the Attorney-General, upon notice:

How many persons were charged (a) successfully and (b) unsuccessfully in (i) the Australian Capital Territory and (ii) the Northern Territory for offences arising out of alleged homosexual behaviour in private between consenting adults in each of the last 10 years.
