Mr Lynch asked the Minister for the Environment and Conservation, upon notice:

(1)   Does his answer to my question No. 836 (Hansard, 11 September 1973, page 824) mean that he has never received a request from an organisation for financial assistance during the time of his Ministry.

(2)   If not will he provide details as specified in parts (1) and (2) of my question No. 836.

(3)   Have any requests for financial assistance been made to his Department.

(4)   If so, what are the details of those requests,
