Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER (Dr Jenkins (SCULLIN, VICTORIA) - Order! The Postmaster-General will please stop the debate across the table.

Mr NIXON - The Postmaster-General has shown again how callous this Government is. It produces all sorts of correspondence and files out of the previous Government's records and tries to make a case out of them. What I am saying - and it was supported by the honourable member for Cowper (Mr Ian Robinson) who was the Assistant Minister assisting the Postmaster-General - is: It might well have been a study in the Department; the former Postmaster-General may have been giving consideration to it. But so far as I aware, it never came before -

Mr NIXON - This is in terms of the weights, not the rates. What about the rates?
