Mr JAMES (Hunter) - I will not detain the House for long. I listened with great interest to the honourable member for Paterson (Mr O'Keefe) whose electorate adjoins the electorate of Hunter. I endorse his remarks wholeheartedly and congratulate him on bringing this tragic case before the national Parliament. I long for the day when this progressive Labor Government, to which I am proud to belong, will introduce moratorium legislation to prevent hire purchase companies doing this sort of thing.

Mr SPEAKER -Order! It being 1 1 o'clock, in accordance with the order of the House, the House stands adjourned until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, 10th April 1973.
