Mr DEAKIN - This is apparently a personal question.

Mr.BRUCE Smith. - I addressed it to the honorable and learned member as Prime Minister.

Mr DEAKIN - It would not be necessary to refer such a matter to me, and so far as I recollect, no such reference was made.

Mr BRUCE SMITH (PARKES, NEW SOUTH WALES) - Then I wish to ask the Attorney-General whether he was aware of, and approved, the opposition to the application for a Commission to inquire in Canada as to the real value of the harvesters.
