Mr MAUGER (MELBOURNE PORTS, VICTORIA) - In view of the serious nature of the betting and gambling evil, will the Postmaster-General consider the advisability of altering the regulations so as to insure that the public telephone shall not be used for such immoral purposes?

Mr AUSTIN CHAPMAN - I should like the honorable member to 'give notice of that question, because it seems to me that to give effect to his desire would necessitate the introduction of a Bill to appoint a censor of the morals of the community.
