Mr FISHER (Wide Bay) .- At every election, nine-tenths of the candidates and, I believe, nine-tenths of the members returned have been distinctly pledged to the establishment of a scheme of old-age pensions. I desire to ask whether the Government have come to a conclusion on the subject, and if so, whether it is proposed at an early date to introducea measure of reform about which this Parliament is practically unanimous?
