Mr GLYNN (Angas) .- I am very glad that the Minister has accepted my "amendment. That is what he has practically done. I do not desire to cavil at the wording of his amendment, but, with all respect, I contend that my proposal did fit in with the Bill. However, I am satisfied with having secured from the Government - although with manifest reluctance - an affirmation of the principle for which I contended.
