Mr ISAACS (Indi) (Attorney-General) . - I think that there should be an office in each State where applications may be lodged for transmission to the central office, though I do not think that it would be possible to deal with applications in the State offices. Mr Lonsdale - I think that it is important that the time at which an application is lodged in the State office shall be taken as the time of its being lodged at the central office.

Mr ISAACS - I have made a note of! the honorable member's suggestion.
