Mr Albanese (Leader of the House) moved—That so much of the standing and sessional orders be suspended as would prevent the Leader of the Opposition from speaking on matters of health administration and policy for a period not exceeding 10 minutes and for the Prime Minister to speak for the same period.

Question—put and passed, with the concurrence of an absolute majority.

Mr Abbott (Leader of the Opposition) addressed the House.

Mr Albanese moved—That Mr Abbott be granted an extension of time.
