Members ordered to withdraw: At 3.49 p.m. the Member for

O'Connor (Mr Tuckey) and the Member for Burke (Mr O'Keefe) were

ordered, under standing order 304A, to withdraw from the House

for 1 hour for interrupting proceedings after a general warning

had been given by the Chair, and they accordingly withdrew from

the Chamber.

Questions without notice continuing--

Member ordered to withdraw: At 4.14 p.m. the Member for Maranoa

(Mr B. C. Scott) was ordered, under standing order 304A, to

withdraw from the House for 1 hour for again interjecting after

a warning had been given by the Chair, and he accordingly

withdrew from the Chamber.

Member named and suspended: The Speaker named the Member for

Fisher (Mr Slipper) for continuing to interject after having

been warned by the Chair.
