5. Communist P arty Dissolution B ill 1950.—Message from the House of Representatives.—The following Message from the House of Representatives was received and read :—
Mr. P resident, Message No. 4.
The House of Representatives transmits to the Senate a Bill intituled “ A Bill for an Act. to provide for the Dissolution of the Australian Communist Party and of other Communist, Organizations, to disqualify Communists from holding certain Offices, and for purposes connected, therewith ” , in which it desires the concurrence of the Senate.
