-Message from the House of Representatives: The following Message from the House of Representatives was reported:

MR PRESIDENT,...Message No. 382

The House of Representatives transmits to the Senate a Bill intituled ""A Bill for an Act to grant land in the Jervis Bay Territory to the Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community, and for other purposes'', in which it desires the concurrence of the Senate.

Ordered-That the Bill may be taken through all its stages without delay.

On the motion of the Minister for Community Services (Senator Grimes) the Bill was read a first time.

Senator Grimes moved-That this Bill be now read a second time.

Explanatory Memorandum: Senator Grimes tabled a revised Explanatory Memorandum relating to the Aboriginal Land Grant (Jervis Bay Territory) Bill 1986.

Ordered, pursuant to Order of the Senate of 14 April 1986-That the resumption of the debate be an Order of the Day for the first day of sitting in August 1986.
