CUSTOMS AND EXCISE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT BILL 1986

-Message from the House of Representatives: The following Message from the House of Representatives was reported:

MR PRESIDENT,...Message No. 356

The House of Representatives returns to the Senate the Bill intituled ""A Bill for an Act to amend the "Customs Act 1901', the "Excise Act 1901', the "Spirits Act 1906' and certain other Acts'', and acquaints the Senate that the House of Representatives has agreed to the amendments made by the Senate with consequential amendments, including an amendment of the title, as indicated by the annexed Schedule.

The House of Representatives desires the concurrence of the Senate in the consequential amendments made by the House of Representatives.
