NOTICES OF MOTION

The Attorney-General (Senator Durack) gave Notices of Motion, as follows--

No. 1--That, on the next day of sitting, he would move--That leave be given to introduce a Bill for an Act to amend the Family Law Act 1975.

No. 2--That, on the next day of sitting, he would move--That leave be given to introduce a Bill for an Act to amend the Maintenance Orders (Commonwealth Officers) Act 1966.

No. 3--That, on the next day of sitting, he would move--That leave be given to introduce a Bill for an Act to amend the Migration Act 1958.

No. 4--That, on the next day of sitting, he would move--That leave be given to introduce a Bill for an Act relating to domicile.

No. 5--That, on the next day of sitting, he would move--That leave be given to introduce a Bill for an Act to amend the Marriage Act 1961 and the Family Law Act 1975 in consequence of the enactment of the Domicile Act 1981.
