Senator SIEWERT (Western AustraliaAustralian Greens Whip) (18:22): by leave—In view of the fact that there are a number of people in budget lock-up, I wasn't going to call a division, but I would like it to be clearly recorded those who voted no and those who voted yes. In other words, that the government and the opposition opposed the second reading amendment.

The ACTING DEPUTY PRESIDENT: With the concurrence of the Senate, that will be recorded in the Hansard, Senator Siewert.

The ACTING DEPUTY PRESIDENT: The question is that the second reading amendment on sheet 8424 moved by Senator McKim be agreed to.
