Senator ALLISON (9:09 PM) —The Democrats oppose clause 33 in the following terms:

(12) Clause 33, page 33 (lines 20 to 22), TO BE OPPOSED.

This is a similar amendment to the ones we have just dealt with; it is just that it takes out a whole section, which says that agreements may also include any other provisions that the minister thinks appropriate. Again, I would argue that, if there are conditions that need to be put in by the minister, it is reasonable that they come back through the parliament.

The TEMPORARY CHAIRMAN —The question is that clause 33 stand as printed.
