Senator ALLISON (7:40 PM) —Perhaps the minister can take advice about examples where this advice might have been useful had it been available to the body doing the decision making. How is this useful to us as opposed to the United States pharmaceutical companies? That is the gist of my question. You say that the transparency helps the decision-making body to make the right decisions. Can we have examples of where, in the past, under the current arrangements, that has been a problem? How is that a problem for us now that can be overcome by this measure? How will we be better off?
