Senator BROWN (8:51 PM) —The issues are related, as we see it. It would help if Senator Hill was to acquaint the committee with the yarn forward provisions in the United States. It is something we want to understand. I do not think the minister is saying that it has no relevance to the agreement. As part of this particular debate, that is what we want to flesh out. It would help if the minister just gave an explanation of the relevance of the yarn forward provision to the agreement and how it does or does not tie in.
