Mr LLOYD(12.45) —I move:

That all words after 'That' be omitted with a view to substituting the following words: 'whilst not declining to give the bill a second reading, the House deplores the action of the Government in extending the use of fees in the television area beyond cost recovery to a new source of taxation revenue'.
