REPORT FROM STANDING ORDERS COMMITTEE.
The Standing Orders Committee have the honour to report to the House that they have arrived at the following Resolution, c:; :-1. That they recommend-That the Prayers adopted by the House of Representatives be adopted by the Senate.
2. That they recommend the appointment of a Chairman of Committees of the House for the Session.
3. That they recommend-That the Quorum of the Committee be reduced to four.
