correction to the

REVISED explanatory memorandum

Section 18AA       Consultation—rules

Paragraph 498 —omit ‘providing that a responsible entity for a critical infrastructure asset must comply with the requirement to adopt and maintain a critical infrastructure risk management program’, substitute ‘to provide that a reporting entity for a critical infrastructure asset must provide information to the Secretary of the Department for inclusion in the Register of Critical Infrastructure Assets’, to correct the description of the substance of the provision.
