A Bill for an Act to amend the law relating to the regulation of products made or that contain cannabis, and for related purposes
The Parliament of Australia enacts:
This Act is the Improving Access to Medicinal Cannabis Act 2023 .
(1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Note: The provisions of the Therapeutic Goods (Poisons Standard—February 2023) Instrument 2023 amended or inserted by this Act, and any other provisions of that instrument, may be amended or repealed by instruments made under section 52D of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (see subsection 13(5) of the Legislation Act 2003 ).
