( 1 )     Schedule  1 , item  1 , page 3 (lines 14 to 23) , section  395.2 to be opposed .

( 2 )     Schedule  1 , item  1 , page 3 (line 25) to page 4 (line 6) , omit subsections  395.3 ( 1 ) and ( 2 ), substitute:

             (1)  A person commits an offence if the person wears a full face covering in a public place.

Penalty:  20 penalty unit s.

             (2)  A person commits an offence if the person compels another person to wear a full face covering in a public place.

Penalty:  Imprisonment for 6 months or 200 penalty units, or both.

( 3 )     Schedule  1 , item  1 , page 4 (line 8) , omit paragraph  395.3 ( 3 )( a ).

( 4 )     Schedule  1 , item  1 , page 4 (lines 19 and 20) , omit paragraph  395.3 ( 4 )( b ), substitute:

                     (b)  the wearer’s participation in lawful entertainment, recreation, sport, festivities or traditional activities;

( 5 )     Schedule  1 , item  1 , page 5 (lines 19 and 20) , omit the definition of terrorism threat declaration in section  395.3 .
