(1) Clause 2, page 2 (table item 1), omit the table item, substitute:

A single day to be fixed by Proclamation. A Proclamation must not specify a day that occurs before the day a resolution of the Senate is made that affirms that an Act has commenced which has the effect of establishing a National Integrity Commission. |
